Startime Variety - Pantomimes and Musicals in aid of Local Charities

How to Join

Startime are looking for new members all of the time. The best time to join is when we audition for our next show. This happens either in February for the Summer Show or September for the Pantomime. But if you can't wait until the next show then you are welcome to come and get to know us and help out backstage for your first show.

Before you can become a Startime Variety member you need to Audition. This involves you singing a piece of music (of your choice) and taking part in a short dance audition. Try not to worry too much about your audition, we all had to do it once!

If you are accepted as a member you will need to commit yourself to all of the rehearsals. They are on Wednesday and Friday Nights from 7.30pm to 10pm. Startime is so successful because of the commitment from it's members. We understand that you may have other commitments from time to time, but we do expect a mimimum of 95% attendance at rehearsals and, of course, it is essential that you can attend the actual show dates!
